These oval, tapered hoop earrings feature a distinctive, tapered and elongated shape. The unique silhouette sets them apart from the usual hoop earring and gives them their artistic look. Inspired by the tapered gold hoop earrings worn in Ancient Greece, they have a satin, subtly distressed surface which adds to their charm.

Available in solid sterling silver or 24ct gold over bronze and sterling silver.

Gold: Whilst the hoop form is cast in bronze, the earwires and scroll backs are sterling silver. My gold plating is of the highest quality, a hugely thick layer of 2.5 microns of 24ct gold that gives a warm, rich surface that will not wear away. I have found that the thickness of the gold, means that they are suitable even for those that are allergic to silver.
