All orders under £100 are now sent via Royal Mail Tracked 24 at a flat rate of £3.95. Orders over £100 are sent via Special delivery - this is an insured next day service which requires that packages are signed for by the recipient.
Please allow up to 7 working days from the time orders are placed to receive your jewellery. In the event that items are required sooner, always get in touch via email, as in some instances this may be possible.

RETURNS
If you are not entirely happy with your purchase, you may return it within 14 days of receiving your order for exchange or refund. To be eligible for return, items must be unworn and in their original condition and packaging. Please email to inform us of your intention to return items by email as soon as possible and to receive the return address, info@lucybehrens.com
When returning an item, please ensure that you package it securely and return via a tracked postal service as we cannot refund or exchange items not received. Returns are at the expense of the customer.
Exemptions: Any items that have been commissioned, customised or personalised cannot be returned.
Refunds will be made using the same method as the original payment within 30 days.
FAULTY ITEMS/REPAIRS
All of Lucy Behrens Jewellery’s pieces are made and checked by hand before being sent out. In the rare and unfortunate event that you receive a damaged or faulty item, please follow the standard Returns Policy as detailed above.
Postage / shipping costs will be refunded on any faulty goods.
Repairs of accidentally damaged items - It may be possible for us to repair items which have been accidentally damaged. There will be a charge for this service, which is to cover time of repair and cost of shipping. Please contact us for more details.
